Throughout my life I was always known as the “little guy”, especially throughout my teenage years. I could eat almost anything and not gain a single pound. I tried working out on my own in my early twenties to put on some weight but nothing seemed to work. Then I heard about Studio One Fitness.
I started at Studio One a short 6 months ago. When I started training with Simon, I weighed a measly 115 lbs with about 6.9% body fat and could hardly bench press 60 lbs. Simon was absolutely great and whipped me up to shape rather quickly, moving me up in my first 4 months to 136 lbs. From there I started training with Eric and now weigh over 140LBS with less than 9% body fat. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have in my life. Thanks to Simon and Eric I can now bench over 200 lbs and squat over 250 lbs!!! I plan on working even harder now so I can reach my goal of over 150 lbs which I plan to break soon!
Working with Simon and Eric here at Studio One has truly been one of the best decisions I have made in my life and I would refer anyone to them. Eric and Simon are two of the best trainers hands down. Their expansion here at Studio One Fitness is a testament to their dedication and commitment to their clients’ needs and personal goals. Studio One Fitness is the way to go as long as you are ready to work and work hard because nothing comes easy!!!
